By incorporating relevant instrumental and contemporary sciences, the Shari’a Department contributes to connecting the duality of authenticity and contemporary Islamic jurisprudence and Shari’ah sciences and opening a correct and appropriate way to understand Shari’ah texts.
The department’s missions are to spread science, Islamic enlightenment, and call for Islamic thought, in addition to actively participating and engaging with the community, in accordance with quality assurance and academic support.
